Sounds like

You would be best off creating views of the concatenated fields so you can do more efficent getallbykey so what gets returned are the results you needs and not discard docs you dont need. The alternative to views is doc collections with the serch spelled out to exactly what you want.

I dont think this will work well in a multi users environment.
